Cullet crushing area

Cullet arrives at the enterprise by truck and pours out into the receiving hopper, then enters the crusher, where it is crushed to the required size.

Crushed cullet grinding area

Crushed to a predetermined size cullet is fed into an attritor for processing into glass powder with a given particle size.

Granulated feed mixture preparation section

The glass powder enters the mixer, where the glass powder is mixed with an aqueous solution of a binder and a foaming agent and fine granulation.

The prepared mixture enters the granulator for enlargement and compaction of the granules.

Pellet Drying Area

The granulate goes to a drum dryer for drying.

Pellet firing and foaming section

The dried granule is sintered and foamed into rotary kilns.

Sorting and filling area

The finished foam granule is sent for classification with subsequent filling and shipment to the consumer.
